Preparing our preliminary task - take one

Through writing thoughts down into a spider diagram and then later developing them into storyboards I managed to come up with an idea for our preliminary task. Our idea is that a smartly dressed man will walk down the river towards the pub, once in the pub he will walk across the room and meet a female lady with whom he will exchange lines of dialogue with. The women will then hand a package over to him and he will then place it into his blazer, he then swiftly leaves.
Our actors will both be friends of ours and as they are under 16 I have written a letter to their parents to ask for their permission for him/her to act in our film. A copy of the letter I wrote can be found below:

We have decided upon setting our preliminary task inside a pub called 'The Swan' as I thought the setting was elegant and set the atmosphere that we were looking for, it is also next to the river which made the setting perfect. Here are a few pictures of different shots/camera angles that I took when we went to see the pub:

I thought that having a fire in the setting would add a calming effect to the shot, but also remind of the danger.

I have written a letter to 'The Swan' asking permission to film on their premises and on our visit in they said that we could film on Monday. A copy of the letter I wrote can be found below:
